① Power On: Press and hold the power button until the green light comes on and then goes off. 

                         Release the power button after it goes off;

 

② Power Off: Press and hold the button for more than 3 seconds until the red light comes on and then goes off. 

                         Release the power button after it goes off;

 

③ Network Registration: After powering on, the terminal will flash the green light once when it successfully registers 

                                          on the network and begins sending data.
